    As Commissioner, Bryan will lead a PRECINCT 2 Efficiency and Transparency review to:

    • Identify waste and outdated processes

    • Modernize systems to improve service

    • Ensure departments have the right tools to operate efficiently

    • Restore trust by making spending easier for taxpayers to understand

    • Strengthen oversight without raising taxes
